But How Do I Compete Like the Big Guys?

Good News!

For most of us, we don’t have big name stores and chains that we compete with head to head. That’s not to say we don’t have competition, we do. It’s just not with multimillion dollar corporations with ad budgets bigger than our annual revenue.

That doesn’t mean we can’t learn from the businesses that do go head to head with these big corporations.

The basics are the same as we have already discussed here, know who your current clients and patients are and how to contact them, build relationships with them, and ask them for referrals.

This article on SmallBiz Technology makes some great points as well.

Let me ask you, how do you keep your clients and patients coming back? What is working for you and what has not worked? Let me know in the comments below.

And, if you want a 30 minute consult to review your current client retention practices, contact me here and let me know you’ve read this post and I’ll waive my regular fee.

How can I help you move your business forward?

Cheers!
